For Pixiv's 5th anniversary illustration contest

Took a lot of time finding a satisfactory composition.

Trivia:
- The flying papers are speedpaints of Temple of Heaven (China), One Pillar Pagoda (Vietnam), Brandenburg Gate (Germany), Harmandir Sahib (India), Chichen Itza (Mexico), Giza Necropolis (Egypt), Eiffel Tower (France), Statue of Liberty (USA), Sydney Opera House (Australia), Cristo Redentor (Brazil), Parthenon (Greece). Credit goes to Wikipedia for the references. I wanted to show that Pixiv is connecting with artists from all over the world and not just Japan, so I went with pictures of famous places from all continents.
- The binaries (if you can see it...) aren't random numbers.

The vision is very fascinating I like how you drew like were all
looking up at what she is doing! I really like how you did the things like the fishes the large scale and those flying blues things.
It's very cool how you did the effects like the bubbles and the smokey clouds all around especially the cool magic sparkles on the pen and on the end of the fish! That is my Critique xxx

Beautiful, just beautiful! I love the image of the girl, her face and the colors! so vibrant and fun and energetic! I must congratulate you, you've done a true anime masterpiece! I can't help but to stare that the beautiful details I know you spent countless hours trying to get just right. The fishes look so adorable, and beautiful. I personally like the shading done to this picture. Great Job, I say, no even better AWESOME JOB!
